After this, the new passbook will be issued to the buyer by the RDO officer, who will be in the District headquarters. A new passbook will cost around Rs. 5000. If you need to get this on time, you need to bribe Rs.3000 min at RDO office. Before this Rs.500 for the Pune, so that he will arrange an appointment. Otherwise, the Pune will say… Sir is in the meeting, so either wait or come later.
Then the RDO will send the passbook to the Mandal office. The seller can then collect the passbook from the village Patwari. Bribe charges applicable. This Ends the Process.
